We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your watch, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Products

The watch must be returned in its original condition and packaging. no scratches, stains or anything else that will damage the watch. You must provide proof of purchase.

Payment

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Custom watches

Please note that custom-made watches are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are built to order.
